2. Replacement Policy

3. Replacement Conditions

    • With all accessories (if applicable)
  • You must provide:

    • Clear photos or video proof of the issue

4. Replacement Process

  • Once your request is approved:
    • Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on return steps
    • A replacement will be shipped after the item is received and inspected

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer
  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The issue is minor (e.g., slight color variation due to screen differences)

6. Shipping Costs for Replacement

  • If the issue is from our side (defective/wrong item), we cover the shipping cost
  • If the issue does not meet our criteria, shipping charges may apply
