- Clear photos or video proof of the issue
4. Replacement Process
- Once your request is approved:
- Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on return steps
- A replacement will be shipped after the item is received and inspected
5. Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement will not be provided if:
- The product has been used or damaged by the customer
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- The issue is minor (e.g., slight color variation due to screen differences)
6. Shipping Costs for Replacement
- If the issue is from our side (defective/wrong item), we cover the shipping cost
- If the issue does not meet our criteria, shipping charges may apply
