  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size
  • We may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan:

  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
  • Orders may be confirmed via phone before dispatch

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS
  • You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner

7. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with delivery:

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
